1. General Conditions

At Polarhair, we place great importance on the quality of our products.
However, if you find a defective item, you have 30 daysfrom the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Eligible items

Returns are only accepted for defective items.
No returns will be accepted for:

Products damaged by misuse, accident, or negligence.

Errors in size, color or product choice.

Items on sale or for sale.

3. Return Procedure

Please include the following in your message:

Your order number

A clear photoshowing the observed defect

A description of the problem

Our team will respond within 48 working hoursto confirm or deny the return.

4. Sending the returned product

Once the request is accepted, we will provide you with the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.

5. Reimbursement

After receiving and inspecting the product, if the defect is confirmed:

You will be fully refundedto the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days,depending on bank processing times.

6. Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, for any reason whatsoever.
If you would like a different item, you will need to place a new order.
