These Terms and Conditions govern sales made on contact@polarhairshop.com operated by Yearn LLC , a company registered in the State of New Mexico (USA) under number 0008052956. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the website contact@polarhairshop.com operated by Yearn LLC, a company registered in the State of New Mexico (United States) under number 0008052956.

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.

2. Products

The products offered on Noctiora are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding. In the event of a clear error, Noctiora reserves the right to cancel an order.

3. Price

The prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Order

The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and confirms their order after reviewing their shopping cart. The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Noctiora reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute, suspected fraud, or payment issue.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are: credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, or any other method offered on the website. Transactions are fully secured through the Shopify Payments platform and its certified providers.

6. Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days and delivered within 7 to 10 business days depending on the destination.
  • Delivery is free on all orders.
  • A tracking number is provided by email as soon as the item is shipped.

7. Right of return

Returns are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects . The customer has 30 days from receipt to report a defect. Items must be returned in their original condition. No returns will be accepted for errors in size, color, or if the product has been used.

8. Reimbursement

In the event of a validated return, Noctiora will reimburse the customer to the same payment method used for the order, within 5 to 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the product.

9. Responsibility

Yearn LLC cannot be held responsible:

  • of a delay or failure due to a case of force majeure;
  • due to misuse of the product by the customer;
  • or indirect damage (data loss, loss of profit, etc.).

10. Warranty

Products sold by Noctiora are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover damage due to misuse or lack of maintenance.

11. Confidentiality and personal data

The data collected during the ordering process is used solely for order management and is never resold . It is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
